Processing of Personal Data
In accordance with the provisions of Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, the user accepts that the personal data provided at the time of their reservation will be incorporated into a file owned by Solfel SL , hereinafter the company , with B08318990 and registered office at Crta. Nac-340 Km 1.180 , for the management of the reservation system, the processing of your request, the control and management of the relationship with the users of the website who process reservations, as well as for the performance of statistical studies of users registered on the aforementioned website that allow us to design improvements in the services provided. All fields in the forms marked as mandatory must be completed for the correct processing of your requests. The personal data you provide will only be communicated to third parties in compliance with legal obligations or with your prior consent. The user expressly consents to the use of the bank details provided to address any penalties for cancellations or no-shows established in the rate conditions. Processing your reservations necessarily involves the aforementioned processing; therefore, the process cannot be carried out if you object. You may, at any time, exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, or objection as indicated below.
Veracity of the data
The user will be responsible, in all cases, for the veracity of the data provided. The company reserves the right to exclude from the registered services any user who has provided false information, without prejudice to any other legal actions. Furthermore, the user must be duly authorized to provide information about third parties. Only with the consent of future hotel guests may the user provide their full names in the Room Distribution section. This information, which will allow the selected hotel to provide better service to its guests, is optional. Therefore, providing it implies, under their sole responsibility, the user's assumption of the duty to inform them of the content of our Privacy Policy prior to providing personal information.
Data processing during navigation
In accordance with the obligation set forth in Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on information society services and electronic commerce, you are hereby informed that the company uses cookies. A cookie is a piece of text information that websites transfer to the hard drive of computers that connect to them. We use session cookies to identify the user and maintain their identification status. Session cookies are automatically deleted from the hard drive when the session ends. We also use cookies to collect anonymous and aggregated statistics that allow us to analyze how users use our website, in order to improve it. Only the following information is collected and stored about visitors to our website:
- a) The domain name of the provider (ISP) and/or IP address that grants them access to the network. For example, a user of provider xxx will only be identified by the domain xxx.es and/or IP address. This allows us to compile statistics on the countries and servers that most frequently visit our website.
- b) The date and time of access to our website. This allows us to determine peak times and make appropriate adjustments to avoid congestion during peak hours.
- c) The internet address from which the link to our website originated. With this information, we can determine the effectiveness of the different banners and links pointing to our server, in order to promote those that offer the best results.
- d) The number of daily visitors to each section. This allows us to identify the most successful areas and expand and improve their content, so that users obtain more satisfactory results.
It will allow us to obtain the following information:
- a) The date and time of the last time the user visited our website.
- b) The content design that the user chose during their visit to our website.
- c) Security elements involved in controlling access to restricted areas.
Although the information obtained is, in principle, completely anonymous, in accordance with Report 327/2003 of the Spanish Data Protection Agency, users are informed that the aforementioned data will be incorporated into a personal data file of the company for the purposes detailed above. Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, and objection as indicated below.
We also use the Google Adwords remarketing tool. This tool allows us to publish ads on the Google Adwords content network (more details about the Google content network here: https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/2404190) based on users' previous visits to our website. To this end, some of our website pages include a code called a "remarketing tag." These tags allow us to read and configure your browser's cookies in order to determine the specific type of ad to be shown to the user, based on elements related to their visit to our website, such as the navigation path chosen, the specific pages visited, or the actions performed on them. The remarketing lists thus created are stored in a database on Google's servers, where all the cookie IDs associated with each list or interest category are stored. The information obtained only allows the identification of a specific browser, and Google cannot identify the specific user solely with this information (more information about the Remarketing tool at the following link: https://www.google.es/adwords)
With respect to the company , this information can only be associated with a specific user if said user is identified on the website, for example, by completing a reservation process. In this case, the data obtained will be communicated to the company for commercial prospecting and user segmentation purposes to design marketing campaigns based on the interests shown while browsing. The data will be incorporated into a file held by the aforementioned entity for the purposes indicated. To object to the aforementioned processing and communication, the user has the option of disabling cookies, as indicated below:
Users have the option to not receive cookies or to be informed about their placement by configuring their browser accordingly. However, if cookies are disabled, they may not be able to use all of the website's features. Regarding remarketing cookies, users can disable the use of Google cookies by visiting the Google advertising opt-out page. File for advertising purposes
If the user wishes to receive information about the company 's promotions, they may authorize the transfer of their data for such purposes by simply accepting these Booking Conditions. If, on the other hand, they do not wish to receive information in this regard, they must expressly activate the exclusion box. Only when consent is given will the personal data necessary for communication be transferred to Paraty Hoteles SL and will be used to keep them informed, either by email or by any other means, of news, products and services related to the company and Paraty SL. Hotel liability
Access to the website does not, under any circumstances, imply the existence of a commercial relationship between the user and the company . The website only provides information about hotel vacancies at the time of the request. Therefore, if you make a reservation online, you are booking directly with the hotel and not with the website. The printed version of your reservation serves as a reference when you visit the hotel.
Booking hotel nights on this website implies the client's acceptance of each and every one of the general conditions set forth herein.
By accepting the following clauses, you declare and agree:
- 1) Be of legal age and have full capacity to make the reservation, declaring that you understand and comprehend all the conditions found on the website.
- 2) That the data provided when making the online reservation are true, complete and concise.
- 3) Only those pages that appear in the web map are included in the website.
- 4) That access to this website is the responsibility of the user
- 5) Once the reservation has been made, the electronic document in which it was formalized will be archived, and you will be able to access it at any time.
- 6) Confirms the reservation made, that is, the dates indicated, the number of rooms, people and the hotel chosen.
- 7) The conditions and price of the reservation made are those expressly determined in the rate conditions expressly included on the page where you make the reservation.
- 8) Regarding your relationship with the portal, it offers you the option of booking rooms at the chosen hotel through its website, but does not offer any hotel services under your responsibility.
- 9) Your card details are collected to guarantee your reservation. Payment will be made in cash at the selected hotel. Only in the case of cancellations or no-shows will the reservation be cancelled and you will be charged the amount specified in the rate conditions.
- 10) Offers will only be valid for as long as they remain accessible to the recipients of the service.
Prices
The prices indicated are Retail Prices including VAT.
Price includes: Price per night based on the room type and plan selected, except for hotels where the inclusion of other services is specifically indicated.
The price does not include: Any services not specified, as well as extras such as transfers, tips, phone calls, laundry services, minibar, parking, etc.
Check-in and check-out times: As a general rule, and unless otherwise expressly agreed with the establishment, rooms may be used from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure.
Passports and visas
All travelers, without exception (including children), must carry valid personal and family documentation, whether passport or national identity card, in accordance with current legislation. When travel requires it, they will be responsible for obtaining visas, passports, vaccination certificates, etc. Minors under 18 years of age must carry written permission signed by their parents or guardians, in case it may be requested by any authority. Should any authority refuse to grant a visa for reasons specific to the traveler, or should entry into the country be denied due to a lack of the required documentation, or due to a defect in the required documentation, or due to not carrying it, the hotel declines all liability for such incidents. Any costs incurred will be borne by the traveler. In these circumstances, the conditions and rules established for no-shows will apply.
PLOT AND BUNGALOW CONDITIONS
CREIXELL MEDITERRANEAN CAMPING & FAMILY RESORT.
A reservation is required to ensure your stay on the requested date. Reservation confirmation will be sent by email once the deposit has been received.
BOOKING REQUEST
Through the BOOK section of the website, you can request availability for all our stay services, whether camping or lodging. Camping Creixell Family Resort will respond to you via email as soon as possible (check your spam folder), either accepting or declining your request based on availability.
- To confirm your reservation, payment by credit card is required. 100% of the total amount is charged at the time of booking for non-refundable rates or 25% for refundable rates. The remaining amount must be paid via online check-in at least two days prior to arrival. Checks are not accepted.
- The final price of the stay is subject to the initially contracted terms. Any changes to these terms (dates, occupants, extras) may result in a change in the price.
- Prices are calculated with 10% VAT INCLUDED.
- The price will be increased by the tax resulting from the application of the Tax on Stays in Tourist Establishments.
- Reservations are only accepted for single-family units (1 family – 1 bungalow), with no more than 2 adults (except grandparents or first-degree relatives). Reservations for groups of young people are not accepted.
- By accepting these General Conditions, the user expressly authorizes Creixell Camping & Family Resort to automatically charge for its services, using the bank card details provided at the time of booking. The user will be informed of the exact amount to be charged prior to payment.
- The user's bank card details will be stored for the sole purpose of charging any additional charges incurred until departure from the campsite and not paid at the time of online check-in. Once it has been verified that the user has paid for all services enjoyed, all bank card details will be deleted, where appropriate in compliance with applicable legal obligations. This means that if the user were to purchase Creixell Camping & Family Resort services again, they would be required to provide their bank details again.
- The user declares that he or she is the holder of the bank card provided for payment of services provided by Creixell Camping & Family Resort and/or that it belongs to a third party who has expressly authorized him or her to use it.
CONDITIONS FOR MODIFICATION / CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION
- The reservation can only be managed by the holder.
- The cancellation policy is as follows: for refundable rates, cancellations are free of charge up to 7 days before arrival, and cancellations made within the 7 days or in the event of a no-show will result in the full amount of the stay being charged. For non-refundable rates, cancellations and modifications are not permitted, and no refunds will be issued in the event of a cancellation or no-show.
- Changes to your reservation must be requested in writing by email to: info@campingcreixell.com .
- Any modification will result in a recalculation of the amount.
- In the event of a no-show on the day of arrival, the reservation will be held for 12 hours after the booking date. The contract will be cancelled and the amount paid will be forfeited. Creixell Camping & Family Resort reserves the right to rebook the accommodation.
- Late arrival and/or early departure do not entitle you to discounts or refunds.
- The maximum occupancy is the one specified in the accommodation booked. It may never be exceeded.
- The late check-out service can be booked upon departure during low season and when availability permits. This service allows you to stay in the accommodation (bungalow or pitch) until 7:00 PM upon payment of the current rate.
- The "Day Pass" service can be purchased at the time of booking or on the day of departure, depending on occupancy. This service allows you to stay at the campsite, WITHOUT accommodation (bungalow or pitch), until 7:00 p.m. upon payment of the current rate. (Only available for tents on the pitch)
- Bed linen and towels are not included (rental is available upon request at reception or via the website).
- The bungalow is equipped with a television, a kitchen with kitchenware for 2, 4, 5, or 6 people, depending on the model, a refrigerator, a microwave, a full bathroom with a toilet and shower, and a terrace with tables and chairs. Barbecue not included.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the bungalow.
- No additional tents are allowed next to the bungalow.
- Only one vehicle will be allowed per bungalow.
- Pets are not allowed in any of the accommodations, except in the Blue model, where a maximum of one dog is allowed per bungalow, provided it is kept on a leash, does not cause disturbance to other guests, and provides a health certificate. Potentially dangerous dogs are not allowed, nor are they allowed to remain alone in the accommodation. Only dogs that have been previously hired are allowed.
CAMPING
- The pitch will be available from 1 p.m. on the contracted arrival date.
- The pitch must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. on the last day of the contract. It is the client's responsibility to leave the pitch in good condition, free of any debris or debris. Otherwise, a €100 cleaning fee will be charged.
- Reservations are for single-family stays (1 family – 1 pitch), with no more than 2 adults (except grandparents or first-degree relatives). Reservations for groups of young people will not be accepted.
- The maximum occupancy per pitch is 6 people (children under 4 years old are excluded).
- Only one vehicle will be allowed per lot; it must be parked in the same lot.
- The use of charcoal barbecues (never wood) will only be permitted outside, away from any vegetation or flammable materials, and as close as possible to the pitch or bungalow, from 12 noon to 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. to 11 p.m., provided weather conditions permit and they do not disturb other guests. Outside of these hours, they must be turned off and stored away within the pitch. A bucket of water must always be placed next to the lit barbecue. Never throw lit or hot embers into the trash.
- A maximum of one dog is allowed per pitch, but must be kept on a leash, as long as they do not disturb other campers. A health certificate must be presented when registering a dog. Dangerous breed dogs are prohibited. Dogs may never be left alone on the pitch. Unregistered dogs will not be admitted.
VISITS
- Any registration of an undeclared person in the reservation is considered a visit once it is confirmed.
- Access to the campsite is restricted to campers; anyone else must request entry permission at reception. The campsite management reserves the right to refuse admission.
- Visiting hours are 10am to 8pm at the reception.
- Visitors from outside the campsite who intend to visit family or friends must register with an ID and sign the entry form at the reception office. A wristband will be issued, which must be collected upon departure, and they must sign the exit form. Otherwise, the visit will be deemed to continue at the campsite and the corresponding fee will be charged. Visitors must pay the current rate per person, which will be communicated to reception before entering the campsite. The campsite reserves the right to prohibit visits at any time and for any reason.
- Visitors must be greeted at the campsite reception by one of the camp staff members or must be notified in advance.
- The client will ultimately be responsible for payment for any visits received.
- Visiting pets are not allowed.
OTHERS
- The reservation is personal and non-transferable and will be confirmed upon receipt of your deposit or full payment. Only those registered at the time of booking will be admitted to the campsite.
- For each transaction (new reservation, modification, etc.), a new confirmation document will be generated to replace the previous one. It is the cardholder's responsibility to verify the information and, if there is an error, notify the reservations department.
- Creixell Camping & Family Resort does not obligate the assignment of a specific accommodation/pitch number. The campsite management reserves the right to modify the assigned accommodation and offer an equivalent accommodation.
- The specific accommodation/pitch will be informed at check-in.
- Restaurants, supermarkets, swimming pools, entertainment venues, and other services may partially or completely close their operations due to maintenance work, adverse weather conditions, or unsatisfactory safety conditions. This will not entail any refund of the contract price.
- It is mandatory to wear the identification bracelet on your wrist at all times inside the venue to ensure access control. A €3 fee will be charged for each lost bracelet.
- By formalizing the contract, payment is deemed to have been made, the client understands that he or she has read, understood, and accepted the general regulations and booking conditions.
- Failure to comply with any of the campsite's regulations will result in the termination of the contract without refund. Withdrawal or cancellation of the reservation. As established in the Catalan Tourism Law and the Tourism Decree of the Generalitat de Catalunya, the establishment may withdraw or cancel the accommodation contract signed with the guest, whether for reasons arising at the time of booking, before the start of the stay, or during the stay, in accordance with the right of admission. Among other reasons, but not limited to, the following will be taken into account:
- Lack of respect for or compliance with the establishment's internal regulations.
- That they disturb the peace and do not comply with the basic rules of social coexistence and education and respect for other customers or the establishment's own employees.
- Those who are debtors to the establishment for services previously provided.
- When, at the request of the establishment, the guest voluntarily or forcibly vacates the accommodation, they will be reimbursed for the full amount of the days remaining to be enjoyed.
In accordance with Articles 25 and 26 of Decree 159/2012 of 20 November, who made the reservation expressly declares that they have read and understood in advance the booking and cancellation conditions of their stay, which form part of the contractual agreement, and confirm their acceptance of these conditions.
